November 30th saw Sisters Of Support attend the light switch on in the town centre, ran by Aycliffe Radio. The volunteers from the group ran a small stall raising money for the running costs of the group. Despite the cold dreary weather, the evening saw plenty of people turn out to see the Mayor John Clark and wife Bernadette, illuminate this year’s beautiful arrangement. In total £72 was raised over the various games running by SOS. We would like to thank all who took part or simply donated. It is your donations that keep the lights on for us.
