Gail lives in Newton Aycliffe and has done so for the last six years since moving up from Clacton -on -Sea, Essex she was originally born in the East End of London, the middle child of five sibling’s. Gail is a mother of two and a Grandmother to five of which she describes as her entire world.

Sadly she lost her Husband Dennis just over a year ago suddenly after 10 years of marriage and being together for 18 years.

Gail prides herself as an active member of her local Slimming World group and I is part of the Social Team that helps the Consultant to run it. She has won several awards over the last couple of years including slimmer of the year and woman of the year.

She has been a member of Sisters Of Support since Summer 2023  and has become a facilitator to help Tina at Gilpin Court, when asked Gail said “I don’t know where I would be without the help and support I have had and been shown from the wonderful ladies at this group and look forward to being able to give something back.”
