Alongside our peer support groups, we are continuously exploring the possibility of running more activity-based groups to further engage and support women. These groups provide a safe, inclusive space where participants can connect, share experiences, and build lasting relationships.
Here are some of the groups we are currently running:
Police Outreach: A collaborative effort to build trust and create open channels of communication between women in the community and local law enforcement.
Perfect-ly Caring Packs: A special initiative where we assemble and distribute care packages to women in need, providing them with essential items for self care and a little extra support during challenging times.
Cluckingham Palace Garden: A unique, hands-on gardening project where women can come together, learn new skills, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of gardening.
S.O.S. Choir: A vibrant, uplifting community choir that brings women together through music, offering a creative outlet and fostering a sense of belonging.
Run Sisters Run / Walk Sisters Walk: These fitness-based groups cater to all levels of ability, promoting physical health while building camaraderie and encouraging self-care.
Community Outreach / Town Events: Engaging with local events to raise awareness, foster connections, and support the wider community, strengthening the bonds between women in the area.
We’re excited to continue expanding these offerings and create new ways for women to connect and thrive together.
