From the moment she walked in, she was met with warmth and kindness.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, Helen was navigating an incredibly difficult and heart-breaking period in her life. What stood out to her was the deep humanity, compassion, and non-judgemental support she received. The facilitators, using their active listening skills, made her feel truly heard and understood. Helen often reflects on that time, saying that SOS &#8220;saved my life.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Now, three years on, Helen is thriving. She is a proud ambassador for fitness and wellbeing. She\u2019s passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle and finds joy in motivating others to prioritise their health. Her love for the outdoors includes running marathons, going to the gym, CrossFit, swimming, and walking.<\/p>\n<p>Helen feels honoured to be part of an organisation that works so hard to support women across different towns, creating tailored groups to meet a wide range of needs. Her message to anyone thinking about joining Sisters of Support is simple: <em>Reach out.
